I have decided to do my POTD post at the end of the week. So every Sunday I will post the weeks pictures. I only have two today, because I have already done the ones I needed to do this week.
Saturday:
This is Little Sister coming up to find me in the bonus room. She gets really stressed when she can't find me.

Sunday:
We have never had eggplant before, and have started getting some in our garden. We fried some up, and tomorrow we will try it in substitute for chicken, in Chicken Parmesan.

Edited:Note to self, next time I make this use a 1/3 of the oil. It tastes like a nasty oily mess. Sick.
